Several government service platforms with Laravel backends and Next.js and TypeScript frontends. Redux Toolkit and Redux Saga handle the long, multi-step application forms.

The problem
People had to go in person for routine government services, and the steps behind them (applications, approvals, document checks) were slow.
What I built
- 01Next.js and TypeScript frontends, using Redux Toolkit for state and Redux Saga for the multi-step application flows.
- 02Laravel backends built to stay secure and handle a lot of traffic.
- 03Simple, responsive pages for a general public audience.
The result
Each platform serves more than 10,000 users and handles up to 50,000 at the same time. Service delivery went up 20% and engagement went up 25%.
